The Screening Process
Less than 25% of our callers are found to have a Medicare-reimbursable need and less than 12% of those who call us actually receive equipment. Our mobility consultants are experienced at screening callers to find out if a power mobility device might help them accomplish their Mobility Related Activities of Daily Living (MRADLs). We then send the patient to you for your professional evaluation and documentation.
